Good news for TazerDT owners!

Joe, owner of ZAutomotive is getting his own TRX in a few days. This is good news for us because this means he will be coming up with a lot more TRX specific features for us. Also good news that we will be able to upload the updates into our Tazers to have these features!

I’ll let you guys know more as soon as the details are known.

I'd like my truck to remain in my custom mode at startup. And I'd really like it if the Nav portion of my home screen would come up with the moving map instead of the where to page. I hate needing to swipe to the moving map every time I start up, which is why I rarely use the home screen. Just a couple of my inputs, if anyone is asking.

You should do an instructional video. You might have to edit it down to about three hours tho!!

It took me a few days to get it dialed in with no bugs

I haven't installed mine yet with all the reports of bugs and lack of response from anyone a ZAutomotive which is disappointing as they were great when I had a Charger. Hopefully this changes and I can go ahead and install and get my auto folding mirrors

Mines been on for 9000 miles, no issues

I’ve had mine installed in my 2019 for a while now, no issues. Once you get it dialed in, it does work well. I also haven’t updated mine, and I haven’t had an issue with the current software installed.

I’m hoping the same Tazer DT will work for the 2022 models, not so sure since the Uconnect platform is changing on the new model. I’d love to have a mod ready to go for day 1 with the truck when it finally arrives. Might make a video testing it out.

I’ll skip the red eye if a demon is coming. It gets expensive doing ceramic and tint on every one of them. I have a new Escort 360ci waiting in the box thinking that I won’t do a $3k install until I know it is sticking around for more than a year or two

I can help with having your truck come on in your Custom Mode at startup. Simply change your Auto Mode to be the same as how you have your Custom Mode set up. My Auto is the same as Sport Mode but with the transmission set to street

Auto mode does not allow me to configure what Custom does. That would have made sense, if only Ram gave me access to the parameters I want to configure in Auto. Trans is the one I want control of.

For sure a new TRX is coming next year since the mule was spotted last month with EPA testing pipes. I know a 392 and a Redeye mule does exist just don't know which one Ram would release. My guess would be the Redeye because they have to answer the Raptor R. SO that's why I'm thinking a TRX that'll probably cost 10k more, get out now and save until it comes

And stuff like that has me like I don't want to buy anything right now because people are showing me stuff that is in the pipeline for the next 2 years that no one knows about yet...
