Well I finally had enough and I let my allocation go. I have a white TRX status D1 with a ship date of March 11th. Dealer won't refund my deposit unless I find a buyer. So if you arr interested let me know I can send you build sheet and dealer info. Just mention my name

what's the spec. Is it white/black. what package

White level 2 msrp 90k has just about everything but the ram bar tire carrier. I can send build sheet

Hopefully you are still getting a TRX off a lot.

I followed up with the dealer. They want 10K over MSRP.
Methinks you're gonna see this a lot with allocations given up by people who find lot trucks; in August they were fine with MSRP, but now, I think most (not ALL) dealerships are gonna do this with dropped allocations. I don't think it's safe to assume that since *I* got an allocation last year at MSRP, whomever takes it over from me is gonna get the same deal. Especially if they return the deposit outright without a fight

But..... There are trucks coming available daily so why not scrap the allocation and projected delivery date to get a truck TODAY? Maybe I'm misunderstanding you but I think finding MSRP is going to be commonplace instead of the gouge many got with 10, 15 and 20+ over.

Wait, so the dealer doesnt want to give hardattacks deposit back on a truck he was supposed to buy at MSRP unless he finds him a buyer but now wants $10k over?

Did I read that right?

Congrats hardattack on finding a truck.

Dealers in Houston are easily getting 15k-20k over no questions asked. Kinda crazy but it works.

I paid $10k over on mine(I'mnot patient), but it was exactly similar situation. Buyer backed out and I was lucky enough to call a dealership that had 1 in transit, but the one I bought was there on lot just not listed on line. Ironically it was built basically how I would've done it except the bed liner and steps. Those are easy add ons.

I put a deposit on a truck in TX, at MSRP. Backed out when it was in D1 (my local truck was also in D1, just a few weeks later than the TX truck). Dealer refunded my deposit, but took a deposit from the next guy with 5K ADM, as "it is so close to being here"......

So, yeah - though I assumed they'd do the same MSRP deal - they certainly did not.
