These things are begging to have the muffler removed! Cut them out ASAP, it gives you a realistic trophy truck vibes! Oh and your neighbors will love you even more! I'll try and get some videos driving when I get some time.

What the pipe diameter measurement? I am hoping 3 inch but you can’t tell by the photo.

Sounds just like my Hellcat with straight pipes from the Cats back.. Awesome!

Thanks for posting. I had responded that I thought I had heard they were 4 inches then looked at your 1st pic and quickly deleted. Haha

Thank you for posting. The muffler delete is definitely on my list of modifications too. I would love to hear some more videos of drive byes if someone gets time and wants to do it.

Does anyone know if the TRX has electric flow controls on the exhaust that open after a certain RPM?

Okay took the TRX in for tint/ceramic coat and was told there was an issue in doing the front windshield (ceramic coat) on rebels including the TRX. The issue is all the water that is used runs down the dash and onto the BCM causing major electrical issue. Every tint place I went to (only a few) refused to do the front because of this issue. Has anyone heard of this or run across it? From what little research I have done it appears this is a real issue and that their are some tint places willing to do it anyway stating it just takes good prep work to protect the BCM.....Thoughts

I don’t understand. Are you trying to ceramic coat your front windshield?

Yes they do a clear coat that just keeps the heat out and protects the interior, dash and leather from the sun without obstructing the view.....I live in the desert

Pretty standard on most vehicles but appears to be an issue with Ram vehicles

Interesting, I’ve never heard of that.

Ceramic coating is essentially a micro layer of glass, and putting glass on top of glass doesn’t seem wise in general. There are films that protect windshields, there are also hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic coatings that are used, but I didn’t know ceramic on glass is a thing, I’m not even sure how it would help with sun and heat reduction. So I learned something today. :)

That said, I have no idea why it would make any difference on how water collects at the bottom, gravity is the decider on that one.
