Expected Ship Date of March 5th per Dealer...is today the day

My dealer said "Expected Ship Date of March 5th"...assume she gets built today.

Not holding my breath on anything...yet.

Anyone else have an expected ship date within the next few days? Build on time?

My expected ship date still says 3/3 from the dealers POC yet based on Mondays 14 trucks we will have to wait and see if I am on the list for Tuesday. Just a reminder the list each day are from the day before so with a 3/5 ship date my understanding would be you should show up on tomorrows list or Friday list.

I have a ship date today (3/3) but still haven’t been built yet. With how many they’ve built yesterday and today, I’m getting a little concerned some of us might be pushed...

I had checked FCA chat last week and they said all parts were in and awaiting scheduling, but earlier this week they told me I’m awaiting parts. Follow that up with low output....might be the shortages that we’ve heard about for a while are starting to become reality? Maybe @KnightMare can provide some additional insight.

Reach out to your dealer and have him pull your POC and it’ll have your current “estimated ship date”. Another member was recently told by their dealer that they were pushed by two days from their initial estimated ship date, 3/3 to 3/5. If you’re awaiting parts you’re likely D status and not D1. The dealers POC will show for sure.

Just confirmed with my dealer that I'm still scheduled with a ship date today and still in D1. He thought my status would have at least switched to F for paint by now, but hopefully they are only running a few days behind.

I also reached back out to FCA chat and they said my vehicle is still waiting for all parts to be accounted for prior to sequencing for production. She went on to say that my vehicle has been sitting in it's current stage longer than usual and escalated a case to the tracking team to figure out what is going on and reach out to me in 1 to 2 days.

Yeah, everything you're saying makes sense. If it truly is the case, it's unfortunate that mine couldn't have been built 1 or 2 days sooner and missed the shortages. Oh well, I'll just keep hoping for the best!

I’m 3/7 so we’ll see. It’s out of my control I’m just happy that I’m even D1. Chat said expect to be D1 for 21 days and I’m only at day 16 of D1 so that would only push me one day to 3/8. Like I said it’s out of my hands so all we can do is wait. I’m sure it’s like @KnightMare said they’re getting caught up on parts. My dealer (who’s been great) even said the estimated date is exactly that only an estimate.
