Finally received my full set of lift springs from BWOODY. The install took me a bit longer than I thought, but wasn’t to bad. Had to buy a 20mm socket for the front strut tops. Other than that all good.

I am quite happy with the height increase, looks great and will certainly clear the 37’s I’ll purchase next month.

I was a bit alarmed at the difference in ride quality however. It is much stiffer and living on a dirt road I noticed, that the truck gets a lot more upset going over things like wash boards. This was my initial findings, but I’ve had them on the truck for a few days, and they seem to have settled a bit, and softened up some.

My question is has anyone had these springs on their truck for awhile, and what is your take on ride quality. I’m hoping they break in more and get very close to the stock ride quality. Thanks in advance and happy ThanksGiving

Thanks for the feedback, def let them settle in a bit longer. I have about 10k+ on mine and have a ton of mid driving and they are absolutely better than stock for me.

I didn't have to, but you might need to reset your shocks at the dealer or with alpha obd. You can search here for some threads discussing it.

1.6” front 1.5” rear. Couldn’t be happier with ride quality and lift. 500 miles on them. Would do it all over again. So much of an improvement over stock and my previous trx with the rough country leveling kit. Highly recommend.

I am running the same springs but I’m on 37’s now love it!

Can you elaborate a little more on the ride. I love my truck but find it too bouncy at times. How do these ride better than stock? Are all the suspension modes still operable?

All suspension modes work just as before. The ride is stiffer and more firm instead of feeling like it’s floating and bouncing

IMO the ride quality is still soft, less roll and pitch.
Better in all regards. All modes still work.

I hate to take mine to dealer for them to void the warranty. Is there a thread which has the step by step to do it by alpha obd

Did you do the 2.7 fronts or the 1.6?

I’m about 8k miles in on mine, and they have softened ALOT. I miss the day 1 feel.
