It is time for the next EBC Brakes Pad Giveaway! One set of pads (front or rear) will be gifted to one randomly selected forum member from our entire range, just by participating in the below thread!

In past giveaways we have discussed our first ride, garage and storage spaces, famous people we have met or would like to have met and weird and wonderful vehicles amongst other topics.

With respect to electric vehicles, the sound and mechanics of an internal combustion engine is a masterpiece, and as pressures increase from governments for the end of the ICE, this month we would like to pose the question; Hypothetically the law states you can keep only one ICE car for the future, what car do you want to hold onto forever, and why?
Would you choose something economic like a Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost twin turbo, or go for power with the 5.2L V10 Lamborghini Huracan or a 6.2L Hemi SRT Hellcat Supercharged V8? Maybe you want the usability of a Ford F-150, or the classic finesse of a 1980 Corvette Stingray?

The lucky winner will be randomly selected and announced within a few days after the closing date of 1st December 2022 and details will be posted on this forum shortly after.

Please be aware that this thread may appear in more than one section on the forum and one winner will be selected from the whole forum, not a winner per thread.
Pad choice will be based on availability and where a chosen pad is unavailable, an alternative will be offered.

If you are not the lucky winner, EBC Brakes are pleased to be able to offer a 10% discount off their braking products to all members of the forum community using code FORUM10USER
This discount code can be redeemed at EBC Brakes Direct | EBC Brake Pads | EBC Brake Discs or with our USA partners at Perfect Brakes | EBC Brake Pads | EBC Rotors

Any questions or application issues please let us know.

GOOD LUCK………

Man this is a tough question and my answer might change depending on the day. But right now, I'd say the only vehicle I ever regret selling. My first vehicle with a V8 and the one I learned how to modify cars on. Almost completely tore it apart to modify the entire drivetrain and suspension and it ran so well afterwards.

Awesome and unique that!

Well I certainly haven't sampled everything that's out there, but I'd have a hard time justifying anything other than a / my GT3 (unless we're talking wish list / it magically shows up on selection - in that case Ferrari F40). Stretching the model selection a bit, it'd probably be a 991.2 or 992 GT3RS. Currently have a 991.1 GT3 and it's an absolute weapon on the track. I've also had no problem daily driving it for a couple years before I bought my TRX. 9000 rpm redline naturally aspirated flat 6. Gets around town without any drama, and the symphony at wide open throttle is magic. I have a lot of nostalgia for classics, but I find the 991 gen of Porsche to be a great balance between modern electronics and the raw feeling of a sports car - a good step up from the 997's in performance without too many buttons or tech inside.

that is a great track car to have, congrats!

Man, I'd want to keep my TRX. Best of both worlds car/truck. Easy to mod for more HP and satisfies my need for speed as well as off road capabilities.

I love my TRX and and will have it almost forever lol. But for this question the one car I truely miss, that is practical and fun is my 1991 BMW 318is. Had 483,000 miles in it and the odometer stopped working but the car didn’t. I was young and having fun, smashed into a telephone pole while trying to drift. It still ran after that but I destroyed the frame. I’m still in the lookout for another one 👀. This would be my ICE car.

I'm Just playing so I cry out loud...

E36 M3 LTW, because i've owned about 30 of these M cars and I've never owned one of these and i feel like its the best car in the world. One of the best cars to drive hands down and in this trim even more fun.

After 217 days of waiting, this truck is going to sit in my driveway until the wheels fall off. (20 hours left) it scratches every automotive itch I may have.

Can you order pads without rotors??

Hard to say, but TRX is up there, given that it performs well in many different categories.

But probably come down to a air cooled 911, gen1 hummer, ford thunderbolt, harley, vw 17 window, ducati, gtr r35, 94 supra, dodge single cab dually cummins 6-speed manual, and rolls royce phantom

I hav a 2016 HELLCAT I thought I would keep 4ever but hav a 2023 Challenger wide body redeye Jailbreak ordered I will keep til I die then pass it to my daughter!

This 6spd car has treated me well the past almost 6 years. But if it was one that i havent own and probably cant afford id pick a 911 turbo 6spd.

Through the link in our signature once you have selected the car model there are three tabs; 'kits' 'pads' rotors', these will show each offering.

Just a few to choose from there ;)
