Dusterhoff 937 flex fuel vs. local shops

For an impulsive OCD dude who is getting his first engine mod and thinking about the 937, would you say go for a few steps above already or start there and then feel the thirst for more?
Asking for a friend
I've been thinking the same thing lol

I did the 937 tune but with ATI Lower, 1300 DI Injectors and BAP. Would rather buy everything first time around to avoid buying injectors and lower pulley when i do the swap. Honestly as my daily for now running E85 with my setup making about 17.5 psi ive been happy. I was going to jump the gun and go max efforts but haven't made the jump yet. I've been happy with the results of my setup for now.

You make 17.5 PSI with just the lower pulley?

I have 3.05 griptech upper and ATI 10% lower with S&B. I basically did the 997 package (different tune and upper) but started with the flex tune with intention of running E85 most of the time. To date i have been running E85 since it was tuned a year ago.

Gotcha, so on a different tune then…you mentioned 937 tune and that seemed way too high boost for flex. Following now, I did the same. But very different tunes between the dedicated e85 (similar to 997) and flex tune (937).

yeah i realized i wasn't very clear on that haha. When going through it i talked with him and told him what my intention was and opted to go a bit higher on boost (with intention of running E85 most of the time, 93 in cases of being caught in a pinch).
