I just returned from a trip and parked the truck where I normally do. However, when I try to check the status of things on the Drone App now, I keep getting the following message: "Error. The device does not respond. Please check if the device is online".

The internet connection where I am is good, and the car is parked exactly where I have been parking it for the past year. I used to be able to check the app and see the status of the truck. Not now though. Any ideas on what might be wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.

Also, my truck is parked in an offsite location so I can't just physically go check on it easily, so that's why I need the app working correctly.

Have you tried any of these?

I'd reach out to them if all else fails.

My cell/internet connection where I am is strong. And the truck is parked where it has been for the last year. So it can't be either of those things. Thanks, I'll give them a call and see what's up.

Happens to me periodically. It should self-resolve.

Can you access the module?

"Every DroneMobile Module also has LEDs to indicate whether the device is powered on and connected to the internet. If either of these LEDs are not flashing, then we recommend disconnecting the module from power and reconnecting to power-cycle the device. If you do not know where the DroneMobile Module is installed in your vehicle, we advise visiting your original place of installation to conduct this troubleshooting step."

My 3 weren’t connecting yesterday but did this morning. Probably a system update.

The truck is parked about 60 miles away from me right now, and I don't know where the module was installed anyway. I didn't know that about the LED, so thanks, I'll keep that in mind if the system doesn't "reset" soon.

Hopefully ,although mine is still down.

Drone still isn't connecting today. 3 days now. Their support dept told me to cycle between "On" and "Off" on the Push to Start button 4 times w/in 10 seconds and that should reset the device. If that doesn't work, they said to disconnect the drone box for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in.

If that doesn't work, they said to take it back to the installer.

The problem is, the truck is parked over 60 miles away right now so I can't do either option.

I guess as long as IGLA is still working it's not that critical that Drone isn't, but it's still annoying.
