Drive LED lights in headlights

I have seen some trucks with the amber running lights above and below the headlights.
Can I do this on my truck, or is that taser device needed?

I believe the setting is for DRL Location and then select turn signals (or vice versa). Make sure DRL are also enable in the Uconnect settings cause I've seen them sometimes get turned off.
