From my experience, get a physical copy of the repair order or whatever paper work you got from the dealer when you dropped it off. Call FCA customer care and open a new case with them. You'll need your VIN, that paperwork, and the date you dropped it off. They will stay on top of the dealer to get the work done and it will get the ball rolling on things like rental reimbursement. If FCA is having to pay for your rental, they are highly motivated to get it repaired ASAP. My FCA agent intervened multiple times to have parts overnighted.34,844 Miles on my 2023 TRX. Started running funny with the smell of burning oil as a Check Engine light came on with a Code of P1524 VVT Failure to Active Oil Pressure. Took it into the dealership to see what this issue is, get an routine oil change and Recalls addressed. They called back and said engine needs to be replaced as they found metal particles in the oil? WTF? I am so mad right now. Whats my best course of action here. Too mad to think straight right now.
