No sandblast, but you can get the new "Yellow Snow" edition.

All the special editions, i.e. Ignition, Sandblast & Havoc were never orderable, they were only available through limited allocation. Havoc is the newest special edition and the few that we were allocated have already been sold.

You have never been able to 'order' the Sandblast. Just like the other special editions, they are allocated to dealers that sell them. There are a few still out there for sale. You just need to find them. I see 4 on Cars.com. Here is one.

Hope you can find one. I got really lucky with a dealer relationship on mine, that I didn’t overpay for, it was the cheapest in the country, and then abandoned the gray 23 I had on order. Nearest one at the time was selling for 140k. It sold for close to that price as I later found out.

Crazy to think someone paid 35k markup to buy a used TRX. Limited edition or not.
