Build sheet/ window sticker tracker, can't find built vehicle?

Maybe somebody can tell me what exactly I am doing wrong. My VIN is 1c6srfu9xmn900253 . I saw on an earlier post https://www.ram-trx.com/threads/81-2-trucks-found-today-1-25-21.779/ that my truck had a build sheet. I went onto the tracking link https://www.ramtrucks.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=1c6srfu9xmn900253 and I get nothing.

Any ideas to why I am not seeing my build sheet popup?

and you need to clear your cache before trying again. I never got mine to work through RAM, so I actually pulled it up through the Jeep link. Google it and you will find another link.
