They suffered thru this already and thus we now know what the part numbers are thanks to them, just had to combine all the info scattered in 2 or 3 threads.

You can purchase a Mopar matte black powder coated factory skid plate for TRX:
Part # 5ZB47GXHAA (Black matte), Its a stock Rebel Night Edition part, same part as TRX silver skid plate, just different color. 2 forum users have swapped out already.
$237.12

You can purchase Mopar TRX factory grille emblems, comes in silver exterior, paint to match. $36.11 each
R: Part # 68443411AB
A: Part # 68443412AB
M: Part # 68443413AB

Further research thanks to forum members and online dealer:
So it looks like the 2021 TRX front grille emblems "R" "A" "M", separate letters, are just attached with adhesive. Just use hair dryer and then fishing line or other tool to slowly peal off, once warmed up.

I asked my online parts dealer to look up the part numbers, and they provided a picture also. The new letters have adhesive backing that allows you to peal and stick back on, once you have painted to match the matte black of the rest of the grill, emblems and bumpers or paint them to a color matched metallic paint of your truck. This is the only photo from Mopar catalog.

Not sure what the labor damage would be to have dealer swap skid plates. I will try and find out tomorrow.

Good info, thanks for taking the time
Soulsea also has the info on the license plate hole plugs (buried in a thread somewhere)

Love that blacked out front... looks great!

This is awesome info, thank you!

Awesome, good to know that removing the Ram letters an easy process! Thanks!

huge improvement. Curious how difficult the skid plate is. Heard the whole front clip has to come apart. Crazy if that's so. On the gen 1 raptor it's 6 bolts and it drops right down. Especially useful when guys bash them up, it's easy to swap out.

seems a tad daunting to me..... Cheers

Any pics of the grill without the RAM letters on?

I have not started this yet, will take pics when parts arrive and they are color matched. The other user I contacted had the dealer do it.

I think when you remove the exterior RAM outer finish emblem covers, RAM is built into the actual grille structure as pics below show and the grill - RAM air flow sections, seems to be 4 times as thick as outer trim emblems and integrated into the grille air flow webbing.

Look at how thin the exterior finish trim emblems are, but the grille depth is a lot more in the built in shape of RAM.

Seems crazy all this is required for a skid plate swap. Same with RAM oil changes, not a clean/practical location. The old "whoever designed this doesn't have to work on them" adage. @Bambi that word is for you. I'm convinced one of your parents was/is an English teacher.

They didn't need to go that far to change the skid plate. I had the front bumper completely off mine and didn't have do nearly that much work. I will be ordering my black skid plate soon. I'll try to remember to take pics of what it all entails.

Well in defense of the pic, there might have been more going on.

Thanks for the accurate depiction. I now know what I cannot do. The whole grill might be replaced at some point.

My friend has a very large commercial 3D printer that they use for industrial size 3D printouts and parts replications. It also allows them to print in abunch of various 3D printer materials and colors. Statues out of fiberglass resins, type material.

He said, just order another grille and he can 3d scan it, once its model in 3D on computer, he could change the "RAM" to "TRX" or even just T-Rex head and make the remaining pieces all flow thru, match pattern, like the real grille.
