We wanted to share a quick behind-the-scenes update with the ORACLE community. Our new, purpose-built production & logistics facility is nearly complete, and it’s one of the biggest investments we’ve ever made as a company.
This isn’t just “more space.” It’s a major step forward in how we operate and how we serve our customers.
What this means for you
More inventory, fewer delays
The new facility gives us roughly four times the inventory capacity we had before. That allows us to keep more product on hand, reduce backorders, and move orders out faster, especially during peak seasons and new lauches.
Smarter, more reliable fulfillment
The building was designed around how our products actually move. Fast-moving SKUs are stored and picked efficiently using SKU velocity mapping and an optimized binning system. Paired with NETSTOCK demand planning software, this helps us forcast demand more accurately and stay ahead of it instead of reacting after the fact.
Higher order accuracy
We’ve upgraded our entire order processing workflow with RF scanning and a new NetSuite OneWorld ERP implementation. Every item is scanned from bin to box, significantly reducing errors and improving consistency across every shipment.
Right next to our main office
The new facility is now much closer to our main office building. That proximity matters more than most people realize. Engineering, inventory planning, customer service, and logistics are now working side-by-side, which speeds up decisions, improves communication, and helps issues get resolved faster.
Expanding our commitment to Made in the USA
This facility isn’t just for shipping. It will also support on-site production as part of our commitment to expanding our onshoring efforts to have key ORACLE Lighting products. Over the next two years, our goal is to have all top products manufactured in the United States.
Most importantly, it lets us stand behind our products with even more confidence.
Built for the long term
This building was designed specifically for ORACLE Lighting, not as a temporary solution, and not as a retrofit. It’s built to support where we’re going as a brand, including higher volumes, U.S. production, and a higher level of service overall.
We know many of you have been with ORACLE for years, and you expect us to keep raising the bar, not just with lighting performance, but with reliability, availability, and support. This investment is a direct reflection of that commitment.
