Looks like my OEM one finally crapped out after 3 years. Any thoughts on the best replacement at any price? Seems like the Optima Yellow Top is well regarded but would love to start a thread on it.
Thanks!

Lots of guys here use the Odyssey H8 if I recall correctly. I am still on the factory battery so no personal experience.

Anyone try a lithium yet? Antigravity makes some nice lightweight batteries. Not sure it’s worth it on these pigs though lol.

I went to Napa and the Odyssey H8 isn't compatible with my 21’. What gives?
Everyone's systems will tell you its not compatible because the factory/OEM battery is a H7. But the battery tray used is the same one used for past 1500s that had the EcoDiesel with the H8, so it will bolt down just fine. You just have to ignore computers that tell you H8 is not compatible.

I believe there have been a few here, but wouldn't work well (if at all) for any of us that live in colder climates. Lithium batteries do not like the cold.

After a lot of research and debate, I put a pair of Odyssey H8 our two TRX. Too soon for me to review, but they seemed to be the only decent choice as every other brand has moved their production south of the boarder and quality has declined.

When my OEM died, I went with an Optima Yellow top. No complaints, but the next one will be an Odyssey H8.

Yo what’s up?
I’m getting low battery alert on my drone mail app so I guess it’s time for a replacement.
Go Birds!
Philly looking good bro! Yeah mine started doing that over a year ago. If I don’t drive my truck for more then a week I plug in my tender just to be safe also
