Beadlock bolts

Threads are 45mm long (not including bolt head)

Washer is 20mm ish… I didn’t get a great measurement on that one.

Washer is 19mm OD. It looks like it was heated and pressed on.

Which makes me wonder if a 20mm washer (the typical m10 washer) won’t fit into the recess on the beadlock ring.

I doubt it’s that tight in tolerance. But it would be nice to find some bolts that match the factory ones, with the washers that won’t fall off and get lost in the rocks or sand when you really need it. (Aka Murphy’s law)

So if anyone knows of a dealer that can order these bolts or knows where to get them with the washers let me know.

24X - M10x1.50 45MM with M10 washer (20mm) for Locking Rings

12X - M10x1.50 35MM with M10 washer for Dress Rings

OEM bolts for locking rings are Black Oxide Flanged Hex Head (washer is fused to the bolt)

OEM bolts for dress rings are Black Oxide Button Head with no washer.

I personally picked up a set of Flanged 12point Bolts in Black Titanium from Wanyifa.

These not only weigh about 1/3 of their steel counterparts, they look 1000 times nicer.

Hey Guys, stupid question, but does the TRX with bead lock wheels come from the factory using the bead lock, or are the tires mounted in the standard fashion and the wheels are capable of being used in bead lock? Thx.

From the factory the wheels are mounted like a normal wheel and the 12 bolt ring is just a beauty ring.

The 24 bolt ring you have to buy seperate and then dismount the outside bead of the tire and then swap the 24 bolt ring onto the wheel and get it re balanced.

I posted a couple of weeks ago looking for some takeoff beauty rings, but didn't get any traction... anyone in this thread that has replaced the beauty rings with real bead locks want to unload your unused beauty rings?

Not quite that bad… 680 if you do all five, but I would not lock the bead on your spare… so closer to $550

I just bought that aux switch mount and arb compressor and tank. I’ve been put on time out from spending…

Something about how I’m retired and my wife is the only one bringing in money and Biden and the value of the dollar and some other blah blah blah.

So unless I get a job, I’m on spending restriction.
