Banks Pedal Monster $180

Selling my mint condition pedal monster. I absolutely LOVE this thing and hate driving without it when I have to take the truck to the dealer for oil changes.

Only selling because it utilizes the OBD port and I'm getting an LED Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel which also requires OBD access. Unfortunately an OBD splitter won't work for both so I'll have to get a pedal commander instead to remediate this issue, which I'm not too happy about.
Paid $300 selling for $180 with shipping included.

Thank you guys. Gotta say I was selling this thing with a broken heart. I really didn't want to get the pedal commander because it is not as good as the pedal monster.

So I called Banks and their support tech told me I can go on settings, turn off OBD which will leave it only drawing power no data. I could then add the steering wheel and not have them conflict with each other. I ordered the splitter and am crossing my fingers it will work as I couldn't go back to regular stock mush pedal. Thank you for the replies!

Thank you, I got the splitter in today in the mail, steering wheel coming tomorrow and have my shop installing it on Saturday. I will know then if it works.
In the event it doesn't I'll let you know.

Jay from Banks here. Please let me know what you find. We added the ability to disable PedalMonster's OBD communication specifically for this reason. Well, not for OBD steering wheels, haha. But to accommodate other OBD devices that require constant communication with the ECM. I'm also anxious to see how you like the steering wheel. What kind of LED Steering wheel did you get?

I need to look into pedal monster, I have a GT350 and every time I drive it, the TRX feels a lot slower until I get used to it. If this helps throttle response like you described, I think I’m going to need to get one lol. Thanks.

Got mine from Zen Carbon, led module, perforated leather, silver stitching. I also have the heating function. Just showed up! Man o man.
Im installing it Saturday

Get a roar pedal, far better, no obd and its bluetoothed to your cellphone

Banks has Bluetooth too. And the OBD does serve some good purposes. Cuts sensitivity in reverse automatically, and gives it speed data to trim the sensitivity at low speed (should you choose). In addition to supposedly providing the module more reliable power than piggybacking off the pedal.

I’m no Banks fanboy but it does seem to be the most capable and best engineered product of it’s kind.

Still haven't had time to reinstall the pedal monster, will do it tomorrow.
Drove the truck all day today stock pedal, it is so bad 👎 . I had been used to the PM for a good year or so and the TRX feels like a completely different truck. Everything seems off now.
Guess whoever has been used to PM knows what I mean

So I connected the pedal monster back on, under settings set "OBD OFF". When I turned the truck the steering wheel lit up and the pedal monster app displayed "not connected". I'm assuming the wheel prevailed on the OBD port.

The pedal monster however works perfectly as it saved last time I had set it (Sport 6).

I think the OBD function only really works for "safety reverse" and the TRX 6.2L engine is not even listed in the menu so I didn't lose anything after all. I'm used to the reverse as is being I've been using the PM for over a year and it works just fine.

Anyways for anyone wanting to share the OBD with other accessories along with the PM, it is possible without issues.
I'm really happy to have it back on the truck
