Be cautious when buying from MHF. I placed an order for a steering wheel on December 28 through their website, but the customization options were limited. I contacted them directly to specify exactly what I wanted and requested that they confirm with me before starting production to avoid any misunderstandings. They assured me they would.
However, 20 days passed with no updates or emails. When I followed up between January 20 and January 23, they ignored my messages. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that the steering wheel was already in production—without them consulting me as promised.
As soon as I opened a PayPal claim, they suddenly started responding, apologizing, and offering excuses for the delay. They also mentioned that the heating function wasn’t working properly and needed more time. When I asked for a picture, they instead offered a steering cover as compensation.
Now that the PayPal case is closed, they’ve stopped responding to my messages. I placed the order on December 28, and to this day, I haven’t even received a picture of the steering wheel. Avoid dealing with them—this is a scam!
