I’ve been trying to reach someone at BAM to check on an order I placed 10/31, for tpms sensors. I’ve got an email and two phone messages into BAM over the past couple weeks with no reply to date. I have ordered from them before with no issues. This time I did not receive an email confirming this order. But my paypal does show the payment to them has been authorized.

I posted this same request on the JL Wrangler forum last evening, and have received one reply stating how their customer service is lacking. A month or so ago I’d ordered a fender flare for the TRX. For that order I’d received email messages and the product arrived as planned.

Thank you.

if you made an order, you should have an order number. You should of receive an email with a subject title "BAM Wholesale Parts: Order #123456 Placed" Did you ask them to invoice you before making an order from their website? Did your paypal authorization "settled" or still showing pending

They can be slow to reply in my experience. The phone also NEVER gets answered. They’re just down the road from me. I can’t say I’ve ever seen it “open” but it may just not be open to the public.

I ordered powered steps about a week ago. Received an email they shipped with no tracking number. Sent them an email to the parts email on Thursday and had a reply back within 30 minutes with the tracking number.

Yes, when I placed the order I remember the webpage came back with the “Thank you for your order” etc., but I didn’t write down the order number, being complacent and expecting the order confirmation email to arrive. I hadn’t registered with their site, instead just ordering as “guest”. In hindsight I should have just registered so as to be able to login and check order status.

PayPal still shows”pending”, so BAM has not taken payment. I’m guessing because the item has not been available to ship(?). But it would be nice to confirm this is the case and to find out when the anticipated ship date is. I would visit my local dealer and order there instead (paying more I am sure) if BAM’s anticipated date is way out there.

You should be able to go back and register and it’ll show up. That said, they are usually really responsive. I’ve bought a bunch from them recently, and had to email a few times.

In one or two cases, items had a strange ETA or were strike affected but actually shipped anyway and bam was waiting to get the parts at their warehouse from mopar, and that delayed their reply. Maybe that’s what’s happening for you.

Either way, just follow up you should be fine

I attempted to register this morning. The webpage say’s an email will be sent that I use to complete the registration. Maybe there’s a problem with my email rejecting their messages as I’ve not yet received said email. I have received their emails in the past from a previous order however. My spam folder doesn’t show any traffic from BAM either.

Good news! This morning an automated email arrived from BAM stating the item shipped today. Why I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or email is a little concerning. And why I hadn’t received an email confirming the order is a mystery. But it seems to have worked out in the end.

Brunswick Auto Mart (BAM) is a local car dealership south of Cleveland. Their company "BAM" just supplies parts online. I poked around awhile back looking for parts on my Challenger and the dealership told me its just a warehouse. They really do not have any customer service or an office. If you really want to speak with someone call up to the dealership to point you in the right direction.
