I might be wrong but I heard the window stickers come after the dealer request the truck from the yard. But it Has to be inventoried in the yard firstRan my script last night, and as of last night there is still no window stickers available.
Was hoping today or at least this week we will see our first window sticker.
Window sticker usually means the truck has been invoiced and ready to ship out.
Depending on where you are in Michigan if you are within a few hundred miles of the plant they will likely just throw it on a car carrier and truck it to the dealer and skip the train ride all together. Then you are just waiting for your dealership to have enough other trucks ready to take a full load. But if they have to ship via rail it can take as little as 2 weeks and as long as 3 months depending on a whole host of factors that FCA and the dealership have no control over with train schedules and available spaceI might be wrong but I heard the window stickers come after the dealer request the truck from the yard. This may have been answered on another thread, but are all of the trucks shipped by rail to out of state dealers? My dealer is in Ohio. Just curious as I do not want a long delay if possible after my baby is builtDepending on where you are in Michigan if you are within a few hundred miles of the plant they will likely just throw it on a car carrier and truck it to the dealer and skip the train ride all together. I’m in JS status.... shouldn’t be much longerWindow stickers are suppose to show up when the vehicle is released from the plant for shipping, KZ status.
One of the plant workers Sunday said the trucks where going thru QA, then it needs to go to the Mopar Shop across the street, and has to get an emissions check before getting released.

I was reading on the Ram forums someone received their Ram 1500 by truck 5 hours away from SHAP. My dealer is in Ohio as well, 2 hours away. This may have been answered on another thread, but are all of the trucks shipped by rail to out of state dealers? My dealer is in Ohio. Their decision to ship via rail or truck is based on mileage from plant to dealership and doesn't have anything to do with state lines. 300 miles or so seems to be the cutoffThis may have been answered on another thread, but are all of the trucks shipped by rail to out of state dealers?
