Looks good! I have the same on the way. Are you on Instagram?Well… decided to mess around with the bumper today since we didn’t have anything going on.
Will do a more thorough write up in a separate thread, but got all the sensors and marker lights transferred over fine. The bumper came with 2 boxes of hardware, which I’m convinced we’re not the correct boxes. I’m missing 8 sets of bolts/nuts/washers that I know of and have a bag of random stainless hardware.
Overall really happy with the look and fitment. Couple pain in the ass parts of the install but not terrible for aftermarket design.
Installed without skid for now since I need to remove again later. Also left the BD lights off while I’m waiting for the upfitter harnesses.

This is my next mod. I talked myself out of the RW bumper. Now I'm just waiting to see if ADD or BajaDesigns has any Black Friday deals.
So what's the update on the bumper? How easy are the oil changes and how do you like the lighting package?Well… decided to mess around with the bumper today since we didn’t have anything going on.

Oil change was incredibly easy. I have fumoto valves installed, so I drain the cooler via a short hose. The filter is easy to get to without removing anything and any dripping runs down the back of the skid and is easy to catch in my drip pan and wipes up easily. So what's the update on the bumper? ADD Phantom Bumper W/ BD Light Install
Finished up the install of my ADD Phantom Bumper today. It was multi-week process as the hardware included with the bumper was not the correct hardware. The instruction manual didn't have the right hardware list either however so it took trial and error to figure out what was missing...www.ram-trx.com

I wonder is the Baja Designs Straight OnX6 10" light would be better for the sides. It's 10k lumens vs 6k with the 10" S8.Oil change was incredibly easy. The filter is easy to get to without removing anything and any dripping runs down the back of the skid and is easy to catch in my drip pan and wipes up easily.
I love the center light, the side ambers are not quite as bright as I expected, but overall 100% happy!!!

Possibly, the center OnX is great!I wonder is the Baja Designs Straight OnX6 10" light would be better for the sides. It's 10k lumens vs 6k with the 10" S8.

Installing mine right now. Super pain in the ass to be honest and im surprised that add quality is still trash. The last bumper i bought was in 2019 and it was the pro bolt on. Install was easy but it started rusting within 10 months. With this bumper there was missing hard ware, ridiculously bad instructions, poor choice in hardware, side marker bolts would not go through because of the powser coating, hardware was not even labelled properly, instructions again absolutely trash. Might as well rip them up. Very generic and vague statements like install harness. No descriptions on how or how its supposed to look, no mention of reusability of fog lights, no mention about whether tow hooks can be used with the bumper, why wouldnt bumper just come with brackets for the parking sensors? Why waste time installing them when you pay 3k for a bumper? The bolts holding the outer most sensor mounts interfere with the side markers to the point that the bolt is literally rubbing the side marker plug. These bumpers are over priced for what you get and its literally a figure it out urself job. Luckily theres people who have gone through the pain but even then its not as straight forward. Might be the last time i buy their product. Just not worth the headaches. Oh btw spent the day installing it. Probably only 60% done.Anyone have any feedback or personal experience with the Phantom bumpers from ADD yet?
I like the Stealth/Bomber bumpers, but after reading about oil change nightmare with the bomber I want some personal input before I pull the trigger. I don't necessarily love the Pro (too minimalist) I think that the new Phantom is a great mixture of Pro/Stealth.
The RW bumper looks great, but a huge premium and they don't incorporate the marker lights.
Specifically looking to answer these questions:
Weight delta from stock?
Is the skid plate easily removable for oil changes
Also any other general feedback?
Thanks!
Jay
This is why I went with RW. All the reviews long term were not worth the hype. I’ve read some reviews about the rust issue and some talking about how easy they bend from a hit.Installing mine right now.
