2023 - Left Turn Signal Will Not Reset

This explains it. There has to be a new bulletin coming…
Great.... so looks like the "AA" Multi Switch they used to replace mine might give up the ghost again soon? Will keep everyone updated if it fails a second time.

Mine failed with the replacement switch pretty soon after they replaced it. I hope they revised the internal design.

Knock on wood.... But I just crossed 3,000 miles and have my left turn signal resets about 90% of the time now compared to miles 25-2,500 being about 10% of the time

2023 Lunar with Left Turn Signal reset problem (nearly 100% failed to reset) Now Fixed.

Multi Function Arm 68545657AA --> 68545657AB

New Part Number (AB Version) installed, now PERFECT EVERY TIME (just like my 2021 TRX was).

New part feels, sounds and works perfectly....

That’s great news! I am going to send this to my service advisor and see if he can order it for me.

Is this covered by basic warranty? I bought my 2023 TRX pre-owned from a known Ram dealer in South East Florida.

I also have this problem 70% of the time. High beams solves it.

2023 lvl 2 same problem. Dealer was able to replicate it failing, they ordered a new part, I just need to get on their schedule to have the warranty part replaced.

Just make certain that it is the new AB part, not the older AA part prior to install.

Roger that! I will call and verify what the parts department received. Thanks. I wish there was a fix for the gauge cluster/speaker click pop.

What is that problem?

I thought it was an isolated issue until I took to google and apparently its normal. Just drives me crazy for how expensive this truck is, my wife actually pointed it out. How I replicate it is to unlock the truck and then just hop in the drivers seat, the gauge cluster will power cycle and it sounds like one of the speakers makes a clicking/pop noise timed with the cluster activity. During my visit to the dealer for the turn signal issue I asked about the noise, they verified it, did a Uconnect5 update and said that fixed it. I hopped in the truck and left and it was no different.
Here is more info:

Sorry to hear that is disappointing. It does sound like a burst of electricity leaking into the audio system, which could potentially be software or hardware.

I did verify with parts the turn signal that arrived ends in an AB, now I just need to book time for them to put it in. Thanks for the info, I'm glad they didn't receive another limp AA lol

Looks like a new recall has been issued by FCA related to this issue:

Yup I noticed that too. Wonder if they will issue another recall for our models?

I haven't heard of anyone with a 2023 DT activate the high beams when using the turn signals. I think that's a key distinction.

Took my TRX in today for oil change and reported the turn signal issue and my service advisor told me none of the new ones are available. There are 329 on order he said for other trucks and mine is just one of the 329 on order. I guess it's now just a waiting game. Could be awhile. Just wanted to let all y'all know.
