Babied 20 miles home, smelled oil, it is dumping everywhere. If they are rushing deliveries for this as an end product they need to stop ASAP. THIS IS TOTAL BS.

Man I am sorry, that is unacceptable! Any ideas of what happened? I Went D1 a week and a half ago after waiting for months like many others and to keep seeing these problems is diminishing my outlook on this truck. I hope it is just a loose something and an easy quick fix.

The shit is getting very upsetting.

We all get the risk of being the first owners of a new model,. but obviously they are rushing production to catch up and qc is being sacrificed.

They better get their act together cause Ram's reputation is already that they are less reliable than Ford, and if this keeps happening to one of their halo and most publicized vehicles it will not only reinforce that perception but may solidify it forever. The internet moves fast, especially in the automotive world, it doesn't take much for a product to become labeled as something to avoid. Remember the Ram tweet trolling Ford about showing what is under the new Raptor hood? Get ready for everyone to start trolling Ram with show us what TRX fluid is on your driveway. Honestly, if I had one on order these continual issues would probably spook me away from it.

Ask Chevy about the C7 Z06, their track focused car that kept overheating on track and going to limp mode ... they never shook that perception.

I looked, very tight under there. It lost a lot of oil, the whole undercarriage is soaked. and not a trace showing on the dipstick.

Called the dealer, they said call back Monday to arrange a tow back in. I don't have it in me at the moment to demand them come get it now or ask for a loaner.

not where it is coming from, but looks like a breather hose not connected and have a random screw under my seat... time for a pregame beer a day in advance.

I had a 2016 zO6, overheated after one lap, all of them did at Ron Fellows ZO6 school in Pahrump NV. Wont buy checy again after how they handled that

Is @RamCares a real thing? Haven't seen one response on here

I also just called Chrysler and lodged a complaint and told them I need a human that understands what a TRX is to call me. I'll keep ypu all posted. What a shit show.

Man... that sucks. I would be pissed about the truck and the newly oil covered driveway that will never come clean.

Sucks big time.. No reason for this to happen...(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n):mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

A random screw under your seat.........nice.

I can confirm that the screw is not the cause of all the oil dumping out... it is safely still under the seat. Not the oil filter, not the oil plug. Something I can't see on the filter side, but I'm done looking at it until they come and tow it away Monday.

This really worries me as I’m driving mine 1800 miles from the dealership to my home in Seattle. Gonna ask the dealer to check everything and lift it to look under (eg front. Differential). Don’t feel like being stranded in Montana on I-90.

Good luck. I bought it with 20 miles on it. Not sure how many get put on before dealer gets it. If I were you I'd drive it around for 30-40 miles local to the dealer, or if you trust them to (not sure I would). I was just doing in town stop light, back roads home driving.

Do you guys think that's why so many built trucks have not shipped? They are checking them out and addressing these issues?
