I get an email every week from Ram. They want to talk to me about my extended warranty.

I’m not kidding.

Yeah I still get those about my Power Wagon that I haven't had since July. I meant the Hey your new truck is built, welcome to RAM emails...

So is anyone actually getting any emails from RAM like they used to when your truck was built? I got one from RAM back when I had my Power Wagon built and Jeep this summer when my 392 got built but I've seen nothing from RAM directly (only the dealer) on my TRX, just wondering if they still sent out those welcome to RAM emails?

I got one thanking me for my order. It said I would be notified once my truck was built. Never happened but I do get the warranty emails weekly.

My Granite ordered 8/19 had the same movement yesterday, now “scheduled”

Yeah, I wasn’t expecting to hear anything until Feb or March, and possibly being built around May or June. I’m content in my current ride, but that’s not saying I’m ecstatic about TRX being built earlier, haha! My current 2022 2500 Limited MegaCab. Ordered from Mark Dodge on 6/21/21 and delivered on 1/8/22.

4 if you add the Trailer reverse steering controller w/ Parksense or 6 without the steering controller.

Finally seeing some movement after ordering late August and going into D status in early September.

‘23 Granite with all options except for the tow package, ram bar, or the bed tire mount.

We will see what happens! Still wouldn’t be upset if this came a bit into the new year to avoid the harsh salt on the roads here in the north east.

But getting excited!

Nice! I haven’t heard any update from my dealership but I would assume that the average “4-6” weeks from the ship date would land you in receiving the truck in early March? Depending on location and transit time. Congrats!

@slivoman - It just occurred to me that you’re talking about the Ram online tracker, so your status changed on 12/15. Ask your dealer for an updated POC (Priced Order Confirmation). That should give you the Estimated Ship Date (which is roughly the build date). I’m curious what date it will show.

I received the updated POC this morning and its scheduled for 1/18.

Wow. Granite myself and ordered on Sep 20. No movement whatsoever.
Interesting your pic shows painted door handles. Mine shows the black one.
